Important Message from Executive Director, Jeff Cline

As of September 1, 2023, our organization is now an independent non-profit with a new name: ALS United Mid-Atlantic, previously known as the ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter. We have adopted this new name and logo that better reflects our service area and embraces our commitment to unite and empower the ALS community.

ALS United Mid-Atlantic is the same group of people who have been serving the ALS community since 1977. So many of our team members have been a part of our organization for decades: volunteers, social workers, administrators, nurses, and others. Our purpose to ensure that anyone facing ALS has someone to turn to for expert advice, essential equipment and support, community, caring conversations, and so much more remains constant. Now and always, we are committed to meeting the needs of individuals and families facing ALS that we serve in eastern and central Pennsylvania, central and southern New Jersey, and all of Delaware.

We could not have done this without dedicated supporters for more than 40 years – and our deeply felt mission and service to those we will help in the future depends upon community generosity. I hope we can count you among our supporters this year.

Thank you for uniting with us and empowering our team in our mission to end ALS.

In gratitude,

Jeff Cline
