Families made wonderful memories at Knoebels Amusement Park!

ALS United Mid-Atlantic was thrilled to welcome families to Knoebels Amusement Park for our annual ALS Family Fun Day. This special event brought together people with ALS and their loved ones for a day bursting with joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

As families arrived at the park, our wonderful staff and amazing volunteers greeted them, excited to make the day truly special. Everyone enjoyed a delicious complimentary lunch, providing a great opportunity for connections among those sharing similar journeys in the ALS community.

After lunch, each family received a booklet full of tickets to enjoy various rides and games throughout the park. It was a fantastic opportunity for families to engage in fun activities and create lasting memories together.

“Our goal is to provide a day filled with relaxation and community for our ALS families,” shared ALS United Mid-Atlantic Events Manager, Carla Patton. “We’re proud to create an inclusive space where families can relax, have fun, and cherish these moments together!”
