Investing in ALS research is investing in hope for future treatments. ALS United Mid-Atlantic relies on donations and advocacy to fund vital research programs that advance understanding of ALS and empower people living with ALS to participate in important trials and studies.
A highlight of this effort is the annual Help & Hope Symposium, bringing together leading scientists and clinicians to share the latest discoveries, clinical trial updates, and innovative approaches to treatment. This event fosters collaboration, inspires new ideas, and highlights the real-world impact of research, making it a cornerstone in the fight against ALS.
ALS United Mid-Atlantic also partners with top ALS experts and other ALS organizations both locally and globally. Their decades of expertise help accelerate research across multiple areas, from innovative therapies to new biomarkers, creating real opportunities for progress and discovery.
By supporting ALS United Mid-Atlantic, donors help advance groundbreaking research, provide hope, and resources to families, and move the ALS community closer to life-changing treatments, and one day, a cure.
