Advocacy News from ALS United
Staff from ALS United Mid-Atlantic, ALS United Greater New York, and the ALS Network, representing our 15 ALS United member organizations, were proud to join partners in Washington, DC, to advocate for stronger home care support for people living with ALS, veterans, and their families. For people with ALS, home care is not a convenience, it’s a lifeline. Expanding Medicaid, TRICARE, and VA benefits ensures people with ALS can remain safe at home, receive essential care, and that their caregivers are supported and sustained. Together, we’re advancing policies that improve care today and hope for tomorrow.
